Provides clerical and operational support to ensure deliverables and records are maintained accurately at FLETC Glynco, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain administrative records and documentation.

  • Support timekeeping and attendance tracking.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and invoices.

  • Schedule meetings, manage files, and coordinate office activities.

  • Provide administrative support to PM and Deputy PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; Associate’s preferred.

  • 2+ years administrative or clerical experience.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location & Travel:
Based at FLETC Glynco, GA, with required travel to other FLETC facilities as needed.

This position is contingent upon contract award
