Service Desk PMO Lead
Seeking a PMO Lead to manage and oversee service desk related project management activities in compliance with contract requirements and industry standards. This role is based on site in the greater Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor project status, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.
Provide leadership and support to project management teams.
Communicate project progress with stakeholders and address concerns.
Implement process improvements for project efficiency.
Manage resources effectively.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Prepare regular project reports and presentations.
Ensure contract compliance in all activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
8+ years of project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with government contracting regulations and procedures.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
