Manager/Supervisor

The JCITA Program Manager leads execution of a high-visibility training support contract for the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy, ensuring delivery of cleared personnel, operational excellence, and alignment with Government priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day contract execution in accordance with SOW requirements
  • Manage, mentor, and supervise all contract personnel (SMEs, role players, and support staff)
  • Lead recruitment, vetting, and assignment of appropriately cleared and qualified SMEs to course teams
  • Interface directly with Government leadership to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent, time-sensitive training activities and operational needs
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent credentialing school
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • PMP Certification (required)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Government customers in a program management capacity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Former CI or HUMINT professional with leadership experience
  • Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agency or IC training environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, people-heavy contract
