Facility Accessor

We are searching for experienced Facility Condition Assessors to support our customer in Washington, DC.

This hybrid position involves performing inspections on large, complex, and diverse buildings/facilities.

The role requires expertise and knowledge in multiple areas of construction to identify inventory and assess the condition of individual facility systems and building components.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of various buildings and facilities.
• Assess the condition of facility systems and building components.
• Utilize BUILDER software for assessments; experience with Maximo is a plus.
• Document findings and provide detailed reports on facility conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive evaluations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Facility Condition Assessor (FCA) is required.
• Proficiency with BUILDER software; Maximo experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction and facility systems.
• Ability to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. area and travel to multiple sites.
• Must hold a TS security clearance and be willing to undergo a Special Access Process (SAP) if necessary.
