Senior Manager/Supervisor
We are looking for a strong technical leader to guide a team of more than (30) application programmers, designers, testers, and administrators in support of the US Coast Guard. The Development Manager will have broad experience running agile development teams in expanding, maintaining, and transforming legacy logistics and engineering applications. The Manager will control the teams, operating budget, value delivery, and individual performance.

Elizabeth City is a coastal town (40 minutes from Norfolk, VA) with a cost of living 29% below the DC metropolitan area, abundant housing options, open spaces, and world-class beaches!
