FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly qualified FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) Specialist to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. This position supports enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) operations by administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Flexera FNMS environment to ensure effective software license management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities associated with FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and related integrations
• Maintain and administer the FNMS environment within USCIS infrastructure
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for FNMS-related issues
• Support software entitlement tracking, software licensing optimization, and proactive SAM initiatives
• Assist the Project Manager in meeting performance work statement requirements
• Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies
• Support software license helpdesk activities and customer support functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience administering enterprise Flexera deployments

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong background with Flexera/FNMS technologies
• Experience supporting DHS environments and systems preferred
• Knowledge of software asset management best practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
