The JCITA Program Manager leads execution of a high-visibility training support contract for the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy, ensuring delivery of cleared personnel, operational excellence, and alignment with Government priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day contract execution in accordance with SOW requirements
Manage, mentor, and supervise all contract personnel (SMEs, role players, and support staff)
Lead recruitment, vetting, and assignment of appropriately cleared and qualified SMEs to course teams
Interface directly with Government leadership to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements
Coordinate multiple concurrent, time-sensitive training activities and operational needs
Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance across all deliverables
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent credentialing school
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 years of supervisory/leadership experience
PMP Certification (required)
Demonstrated experience supporting Government customers in a program management capacity
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
Former CI or HUMINT professional with leadership experience
Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agency or IC training environments
Proven ability to manage complex, people-heavy contract
